yay installation

- Updating system and refreshing package cache
  `sudo pacman -Syu`
 - Installing build tools and git
   `sudo pacman -S --needed base-devel git`
   `--needed` is useful  to not reinstall already installed packages
  - Building yay
    `git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/yay.git`
	`cd yay`
    `makepkg -si`
	
	
- If u dont wanna build then
  ```bash
	git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/yay-bin.git
	cd yay-bin
	makepkg -si
  ```
