Add a toggle to hide membership events in rooms

Easy enough, just needs a setting added that returns SizedBox.shrink for membership events.

Help wanted for this, anyone who has these platforms should find it easy. Mainly needs testing if they need certain file extensions for images, as theres no extensions on the files in the Gomuks…
