If your Jio STB allows you to change IP settings (this varies depending on the specific firmware version Jio has pushed to your box), you can point it directly to a private ad-blocking DNS.
1. Go to Settings > Network & Internet on your Jio STB.
2. Select your connected Wi-Fi network or Ethernet connection.
3. Look for IP Settings and change it from DHCP to Static.
4. Keep the IP address, Gateway, and Network Prefix Length exactly as they are pre-filled (just click next through them).
5. When you reach DNS 1 and DNS 2, enter public ad-blocking servers:
• AdGuard DNS 1: 94.140.14.14
• AdGuard DNS 2: 94.140.15.15
6. Save and restart the STB
