WINE installation https://wine.htmlvalidator.com/install-wine-on-arch-linux.html

  • First enable multilib by sudo nano /etc/pacman.conf and uncomment following 
    [multilib]
  Include = /etc/pacman.d/mirrorlist

sd

  • Full system upgrade sudo pacman -Syu

  • Install Wine sudo pacman -S wine wine-mono wine-gecko To check use this wine --version

  • Configuration wine winecfg or wineboot

  • To install application use this wine WinPgm-installer.exe here WinPgm-installer.exe is exe file

  • Installing wine web browser(Optional) sudo pacman -S --needed samba gnutls lib32-gnutls wine iexplore

  • Installing dotnet sudo pacman -S winetricks winetricks dotnet40 for net 4.0 winetricks dotnet461 for net 4.6.1

  • Installing proton proton-ge-custom from aur

for ubuntu

  • for instralling wine use wine-installer and make sure to sudo apt update before that then after installing lutris from guthub release sue this GDK_BACKEND=x11 lutris to run it
